Yoga Classes with Ainsley

Hatha Yoga incorporates a balanced blend of relaxation, breathing exercises, strengthening and stretching postures, and meditation to bring about inner peace and overall flexibility and strength. Suitable for beginners and all levels. This is a semi-private class (no more than 4-6 people), so you can be sure to receive customized support and guidance to help you better achieve your health goals.

About Ainsley Magno

Ainsley Magno is a certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Advanced Practitioner, and a ThetaHealing® Practioner and Instructor. She has over 8 years experience teaching various yoga styles to people of all ages around the world, and over 10 years experience practicing yoga and incorporating it into her daily life.

Ainsley is best known for hosting and producing 'La Vida Yoga with Ainsley' and 'Health Matters' on ROGERS TV, and has been featured on many ROGERS TV shows for her yoga and health expertise. She was a 3 year Yoga Ambassador for Lole Women and Ambassador to Yoga Design Lab. 

Her stand and purpose in life is that all discover and experience their divinity and the love that they are. Ainsley's yoga classes are unique in that together, you explore a specific theme, lesson or virtue that enables you to improve your overall well being and learn to live the life you imagine. As a student, come to class expected to be enlivened and inspired to live a fulfilling life with grace, joy and ease.

Yoga Classes with Nadia

Nadia Bonaldi, R.M.T. and Hatha Yoga Instructor, has added to her services. Introducing "BEYOND THE TABLE", a platform to educate and support its members by offering easy and effective online classes.

Classes include breathwork, Yoga stretch, Hatha Flow and Massage. The goal is to help others adopt and maintain healthy habits between massage treatments.
